To all international guests who booked through Agoda or other overseas online travel agencies (OTA):
In order to proceed with your check-in, please email us your email address and a clear photo of your passport (showing your name and photo page) before your arrival.

Deadline: By 6:00 PM on the day before check-in
In your email, please also include the full name of the person who made the reservation.
※ If we do not receive your passport photo in advance, we will be unable to provide check-in information, and your reservation may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
