[Important Notice] Regarding Reservations Made Through Certain Overseas Booking Sites
(e.g., Expedia, Hotels.com, Chinese booking platforms, etc.)

Thank you for your continued support of D Ryokan.

We have recently identified cases where third-party agencies have unauthorizedly resold our room inventory, originally intended for official partner sites, on overseas booking platforms such as Expedia, Hotels.com, and Chinese travel websites.
This has resulted in the following issues:
- Reservation information is not promptly delivered to us, making it impossible to secure your room in time
- The booking details we receive (room type, check-in date, etc.) do not match your actual reservation
- We may only receive your booking information several days after you complete the reservation
- Room rates are sometimes significantly higher than our official prices
- Rooms are occasionally sold with strict non-cancellation policies, which are not part of our terms
- Guests often do not receive check-in instructions or self-check-in information from us

Due to system limitations, we are unable to assist with confirmations, modifications, cancellations, or payment issues (including credit card charges) for such bookings.
Please contact your booking site (e.g., Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) directly for any inquiries or changes.
