Your stay
No. This is a self check-in property. We do not arrange tickets or make restaurant reservations on your behalf.
No. The apartment is booked by one group at a time. You will not share the room, bathroom or toilet with anyone else.
It is a 20 m² studio with a separate bath and toilet, a kitchenette and a balcony.
Yes. It is registered under Japan's Private Lodging Business Act (Registration No. M130040656, Shinjuku City, 9 May 2024).
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Check-in is self-service. The building entrance has an auto-lock and the room opens with a card key. We will send you the instructions the day before your check-in.
Guests who are not Japanese nationals must send us a photo of their passport before we can send the instructions. This is required by the Private Lodging Business Act.
No. The room is cleaned between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, so we cannot offer early check-in or keep luggage in the room.
If you need to store luggage, please use the coin lockers at Shinjuku or Higashi-Shinjuku Station, or one of these luggage services:

Facilities and amenities
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the room. The connection details are provided inside.
Yes, there is a washing machine in the room. For safety reasons, please bring your own detergent.
Yes. A gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, basic cookware and tableware are provided.
Yes. The room is on the 2nd floor and you can use either the stairs or the elevator.
House rules and access
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building, including the room and hallways. This includes e-cigarettes.
Please keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Kabukicho is a busy entertainment district, so you will hear street sounds such as ambulance and police sirens.

Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line / Toei Oedo Line) is a 3-minute walk. Seibu-Shinjuku Station is 6 minutes and JR Shinjuku Station is 11 minutes on foot.
