HOUSE RULES

01Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Late check-out is not available.
• If you stay past 10:00 AM, a late fee of ¥1,000 per 15 minutes will be charged.
• At around 9:55 AM, our staff will ring the bell to remind you of the check-out time.
• If a late check-out delays our cleaning, an additional fee may be charged.
• The room is cleaned between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, so we cannot offer early check-in or keep luggage in the room. If you need to store luggage, please use the services below or a station coin locker.

02Booking and identification

• Under the Private Lodging Business Act, we are required to verify the identity of our guests. Guests who are not Japanese nationals must provide their passport. If you cannot provide it, you will not be able to stay.
• Booking dates cannot be changed from one week before check-in.
• Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.

03Inside the room

• Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
• Please keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours.
• Parties and events are not allowed. Please avoid anything that may disturb the neighbours.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Always lock the door when you go out, and keep your valuables with you.
• Please do not respond to visitors (such as salespeople or collectors) or to the intercom during your stay.
• Please turn off the air conditioner, TV and lights when you go out, and help us save water and electricity.
• The room is not cleaned during your stay. If it gets dirty, please clean it yourself.
• Please do not dye your hair in the bathroom.
• Please do not flush large amounts of toilet paper or any food waste down the toilet.
• Please do not touch anything marked "DO NOT TOUCH".
• A smart home device (for the remote lock) is installed in the room. Please do not touch it or turn it off.
• Please do not use the spare bedding set (pillow and futon) in the closet. If it is used by more guests than booked, a fee of ¥3,300 will be charged.

04Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building, including the room and hallways. This includes e-cigarettes.
• If you smoke outside, please do not gather in front of the building or leave cigarette butts, as this disturbs the neighbours.

05Sorting rubbish

Japan has strict rules for sorting rubbish. Please separate it into the following 6 types.

• 06PET bottles

• If you are not sure how to sort something, please leave it in the room when you check out.

06Wi-Fi

• Free Wi-Fi is available. However, the speed may drop or the connection may be unstable depending on your device and network traffic. Thank you for your understanding.

07Lost property

• We will not contact you about items left behind.
• If we do not hear from you, items will be disposed of after 3 months in accordance with the Lost Property Act. Food and drinks will be disposed of on the same day.

08Emergencies

• If you need help or there is an emergency, please contact us immediately by phone (+81-50-1726-0153) or through the messaging service of your booking site.

09Damage and additional fees

If any facilities or items (including towels) are lost, damaged, heavily stained or left with a strong smell, you will be charged the actual cost. The main fees are as follows.

10Eviction

• If you do not follow the house rules or Japanese laws and manners, or if we judge your behaviour to be against public order and morals, you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
