Self Check-in: Arriving Late at Night or Early in the Morning

D-RYOKAN uses keypad self check-in. You can check yourself in any time from 15:00 until 5:00 the next morning, so a late flight or an early arrival is not a problem. Check-out is at 10:00.

After you book

Guests who are not Japanese nationals are asked to present a passport, as required by Japanese law. Once registration is complete, we send an illustrated entry guide the day before you arrive.

Luggage storage

We hold luggage from 10:00 to 22:00. It is free on the day you check in and the day you check out. On any other day it is JPY 500 per day, payable at the property.

Shared facilities

There are two toilets and two shower rooms, separated by gender, and one counter kitchen with an induction hob. Guest rooms are not cleaned during your stay; the shared facilities are cleaned daily.
