Yes, the entire building and all guest rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is discovered, a cleaning fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged.
There is no curfew. You can enter and leave 24 hours a day, but please make sure to lock your room door.
In principle, we do not clean rooms during consecutive stays. Mandatory cleaning only occurs for stays of 7 days or more. If you wish to have extra cleaning, it is available for 1,500 JPY per person per session.
Mineral water, earplugs, razors, and toothbrushes are provided at check-in. Shampoo and other toiletries are available in each shower room.
Towels are provided in the shower rooms. Each guest may use one bath towel and one face towel per day.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator in our building. Rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors; please use the stairs to reach the 2nd floor. Please be careful with heavy luggage.

With 24-hour self check-in, late-night arrivals after a concert are no problem. Bath, toilet and kitchen are shared — that's how we keep this location at this price. It suits a pre-event or multi-night stay.

We are located a 9-minute walk from Myogadani Station (M23) on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Please note that there is a long downhill slope on the way from the station. Please watch your step, especially when carrying luggage.
